dupreeh claims ESL Pro League S7 Finals MVP award

Astralis player Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen is the recipient of the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award of the ESL Pro League Season 7 Finals by HLTV.org & Betway.
The 25-year-old beat off competition from teammates Nicolai "device" Reedtz and Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander for the award after being Astralis' best player in their map wins in Dallas - which not even the AWPer's 1.38 rating in the final could overshadow.
Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen had the second-highest rating in Astralis (1.31) and 1+ ratings in all but one of the 11 maps that he played - the 16-14 defeat to Liquid on Mirage, his team's only defeat in the tournament.
And while dupreeh did not lead any stats leaderboard, he was featured in the top five in nine categories besides rating, including KDD (+55), ADR (88.7), LAST (75.7%) and opening kills (39).
This is the very first MVP award for dupreeh, who has been featured in our top 20 Players of the Year list on four occasions, the last of which in tenth place - his highest to date.
